Delivery packs for the Arusha maternity ward

The maternity ward at the church hospital in Arusha delivers about 30 babies a week. When supplies are short, families are sent to buy gloves and cord clamps from a pharmacy outside the gate.

A ready delivery pack — gloves, cotton, clamps, a wrapper, and a baby hat — costs about TZS 18,000. We want 1,500 packs on the shelf, plus two blood-pressure machines for the admission desk. The total is TZS 35 million.
