We also collect usage data automatically, such as pages visited, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate and improve the Platform
• Process campaign donations and church gifts, and facilitate payouts
• Review and approve churches and campaigns before they go live
• Send transactional emails (receipts, gift confirmations, campaign updates)
• Display hosted giving pages and embed widgets for approved churches
• Enforce our Terms of Service
• Respond to support requests

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for card payment processing and payouts to organizers and churches. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
• PawaPay — for mobile money gift processing in supported regions. PawaPay's privacy policy governs mobile money transaction data.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, and email services acting on our behalf.
• Churches — when you give through a hosted church page, we share gift details (such as amount, fund, and donor name unless given anonymously) with the church that received the gift.
• Legal obligations — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
