GratefulFund is a technology platform that enables individuals and organizations to raise funds. We do not independently verify the claims made by campaign organizers. Donors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before donating.

GratefulFund does not guarantee that campaign goals will be met, that funds will be used as stated, or that campaigns are free from error or misrepresentation.

No Charitable Status

GratefulFund is not a charity or nonprofit organization. Donations made through this platform are not tax-deductible unless the receiving organization is a registered charity and explicitly states so. Please consult a tax advisor regarding deductibility of your contributions.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. GratefulFund does not store, process, or have access to your full card details. Standard Stripe payment processing fees apply to each transaction. By using the platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The GratefulFund name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of GratefulFund. Campaign content (text, images, videos) remains the property of the respective organizers. By submitting content, organizers grant GratefulFund a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be governed by applicable law. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by GratefulFund.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GratefulFund, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
